1. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to the plan, or using the app, you declare that you have read and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. The service
VolTrace offers a connected e-mobility platform, with location, protection, and history for e-bikes, scooters, and electric skateboards, through equipment purchase and a monthly platform subscription. Prices and conditions are available at checkout. The VolTrace Tracker is sold separately from the subscription.
3. Registration and account
You are responsible for providing truthful data, keeping your password confidential, and for all activity on your account. The service is intended for people 18 or older or duly represented.
4. Equipment and delivery
The VolTrace Tracker is the tracker sold by VolTrace, in battery-powered and fixed-install formats, with Anatel certification. Installation, charging, and proper use are your responsibility. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. The equipment has a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, without prejudice to consumer protection law.
VolTrace offers technical compatibility with 4G trackers purchased independently by the customer. This compatibility does not represent sale, referral, intermediation, certification, or homologation of those devices by VolTrace. Activation is conditional on proof that the unit used has valid Anatel certification and complies with Brazilian law. Provenance, acquisition, and compliance of those devices are the customer's responsibility. VolTrace may refuse or suspend activation if that compliance cannot be proven. VolTrace Tracker devices sold by VolTrace have Anatel certification.
5. Location and lawful use
Tracking applies to the vehicle linked to your account. It is prohibited to use the service to monitor people without legal basis, violate third-party rights, or engage in unlawful activity. VolTrace may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Payment and cancellation
The subscription is billed recurrently until canceled. Taxes, payment fees, and any equipment installment interest follow what is shown at checkout. Cancellation ends access to platform features as provided in the offer and consumer law.
7. Availability
VolTrace delivers location and alerts through the tracker’s built-in GPS and cellular connectivity (4G/2G). The app records and shows the vehicle’s last known position. Scheduled maintenance, low device power, or exceptional connectivity conditions may affect real-time updates; alerts and history already received remain available under your plan.
8. Form protection
Public site forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. Use of these forms is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Questions: contato@voltrace.tech. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's domicile forum applies when consumer law applies; otherwise the forum of VolTrace's headquarters applies.
